pleasure to meet ya 〰️
The name’s Elisa.
I'm what they call a creative director & brand strategist in the most beautiful place in the world…the Pacific Northwest.
With my experience in the retail and beauty industry (and from building a thriving salon) I’ve learned a thing or two.
Welcome to my world!
xoxo

Industry Experience:
B.S. in Apparel Design; Merchandising Management Minor from Oregon State University
Former MAC Make Up Artist at Nordstrom
Former Co-Founder of Luna Lash Suite
Chief Creative Officer at Don’t Lose Hope Screen Print
So, what does a
Chief Creative Officer
actually *DO*?
As a multi-passionate creative, most of my skills cover multiple needs our business has.
When I'm not distracting hyping up the team at Don’t Lose Hope HQ, I’m:
Defining our content + brand strategy so we attract clients aligned with our company’s core values (and make besties in the process, which i LOVE!!!)
Beefing up our company’s back-end operations + streamlining our digital workflows on each platform we use
Brainstorming + implementing new ways to delight our clients along their customer journey
Listening to podcasts or audio books about branding, marketing, sales & screen printing industry news during my morning routine
Networking & engaging with like-minded creatives on Instagram
Working on designs for my upcoming apparel brand’s launch (shhh it’s still a secret 👀)
Giving creative direction for DLH’s house apparel releases
Practicing my drawing skills in Procreate & graphic design skills in Photoshop
Collaborating with our online financial + social media managers to be sure we’re on track with all timelines
Implementing marketing + sales initiatives to drive sales with aligned clients
Updating + refreshing our company website to best communicate who we are as a brand
Attending in person conferences + events to strengthen our industry connections + land incredible opportunities
Building itineraries for personal travel (more time for hiking, camping, + scuba diving is always on my wishlist!)
Shopping at vintage thrift stores
Listening to Metalcore, EDM, Folk, or Psychedelic Rock music
Eating ice cream
But most importantly…
Dog mom’in it up 🐾
What does the
future hold?
Okay, NOSEY, you wanna know? Here’s what’s on the horizon for my brand as it grows…
Overseeing at least one apparel brand, starting with garment decoration that we can do in-house at DLH and gradually growing into cut-and-sew manufacturing
Bigger and MORE over the top brand photo shoots where I can let my creative direction go CRAZY
Leaning more into my love of modeling to use as a marketing strategy
Growing DLH’s YouTube channel
Determining my signature style for digital art licensing + illustration
And hopefully, a lot more R&R than I get now 😅
